Shipping policy

Processing time

All Flaro orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase and a shipping confirmation with your tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Delivery timeframes

We ship to Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and New Zealand. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Australia — 5 to 10 business days
  • United States — 7 to 12 business days
  • United Kingdom — 7 to 12 business days
  • Canada — 8 to 14 business days
  • New Zealand — 7 to 12 business days
  • All other countries — 10 to 18 business days

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may be slightly longer during peak periods such as Christmas, Mother's Day, and Valentine's Day. We recommend ordering at least 3 weeks ahead for gifting occasions.

Shipping rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order total. Orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping — the easiest way to hit that threshold is our Flame Diffuser and Oil Bundle, which ships completely free.

Tracking your order

Every Flaro order comes with full tracking. Once your order is dispatched you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow up to 48 hours after dispatch for your tracking information to update. If you have any concerns about your tracking, email us at getflaro@gmail.com and we'll look into it right away.

Lost or delayed orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please check your tracking link first and check with neighbours or your building reception in case it was delivered while you were out. If tracking shows as delivered but you haven't received anything, or if tracking hasn't updated in more than 7 business days, contact us immediately at getflaro@gmail.com We will reship your order at no cost or issue a full refund — your choice.

Customs and import duties

For international orders, your package may be subject to customs duties or import taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are outside of our control. Customs duties are the responsibility of the customer. We declare the full and accurate value of all orders on customs documents and are unable to mark orders as gifts or under-declare values.

Incorrect address

Please double-check your delivery address before completing your order. If you spot an error, contact us immediately at getflaro@gmail.com with your order number and the correct address. We can update your address if your order hasn't yet been dispatched. Once an order has shipped we are unable to redirect it.
