Is FlameBuddy safe to leave running?
Yes. FlameBuddy includes auto shut-off protection — once the water runs out, it automatically powers down, so you can enjoy it worry-free.

How is FlameBuddy powered?
FlameBuddy runs via USB — simply plug it into a USB adapter, power bank, laptop, or wall plug. (Confirming exact cable/adapter specs — updating shortly.)

What colors/styles does FlameBuddy come in?
FlameBuddy is available in Black or White, with either a Monochrome Flame or Colorful (seven-color) Flame lighting mode — pick whichever fits your space.

Can I use any essential oil with FlameBuddy?
Yes! Simply add a few drops of your favorite essential oil (like our Lavender blend) along with water, and FlameBuddy will diffuse it beautifully throughout your room.

How much water/oil should I add?
Fill to the marked water line, then add 3-5 drops of essential oil — no need to overdo it, a little goes a long way.

Is FlameBuddy loud?
Not at all — ultrasonic diffusers run near-silently, so it's perfect for bedrooms, offices, or anywhere you want calm without noise.

How long does one fill last?
Most ultrasonic diffusers this size run for several hours per fill, cycling between continuous and intermittent misting depending on your settings.

What if my FlameBuddy arrives faulty?
