Our promise

At Flaro, we believe your experience doesn't end at checkout. If something isn't right, we will make it right — simply, kindly, and without making you jump through hoops. We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all Flaro products. If you're not happy for any reason, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll sort it out.

Return eligibility

We're happy to accept returns on items that are unused, in their original condition and packaging, and returned within 30 days of delivery. Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or purchased more than 30 days ago are not eligible for return. Items purchased from third-party retailers must be returned directly to the retailer they were purchased from.

How to start a return

Simply email us at getflaro@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a return address. Once we receive and inspect your item, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless your item arrived damaged or faulty, in which case we cover the return shipping entirely.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. If you haven't received your refund after 7 business days, please check with your bank first as processing times can vary. If you've done that and still haven't received it, email us and we'll investigate immediately.

Gift returns

Received a Flaro product as a gift and need to return it? No problem. Email us at getflaro@gmail.com with the order number or the name of the person who purchased it and we'll take care of you. Refunds for gift returns go back to the original purchaser's payment method. If you'd prefer store credit instead, just let us know.
